Welcome to National Nutrition Information System (NNIS)! The NNIS is a harmonized nutrition database created by the Masustansyang Pagkain para sa Batang Pilipino Act. It is created for the purpose of identifying individuals, groups, and/or localities that have the highest magnitude of hunger and undernutrition by monitoring the health and nutrition of all Filipino children, especially those covered by the National Feeding Program.
The following constitutes the terms and conditions for the use of the NNIS. By accessing this website and mobile application we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use NNIS if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions herein stated.
The NNIS may be accessed through its website and/or its mobile application. Key features of both are as follows:
For a better experience while using our Site, Software, App or other Services, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to your name, phone number, and address. These information will be used to contact, identify you, and/or verify your access to the NNIS.

When you visit the NNIS, the website collects information that your browser sends us, called "Log Data". Log Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser version, pages of NNIS that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, and other like statistics related to logging in to the NNIS.

The cookies that the NNIS uses enable the functionality of certain areas to make the NNIS easier for its users. The NNIS also uses cookies to collect information and improve the services it offers.

The NNIS is a nutrition database intended for the use of the national and local government of the Philippines. Inputs from intended users are collected through the web-based portal and/or mobile application by supplying the information of data subjects intended for the use of the NNIS which may include such information as, but not limited to, their names, dates of birth, health information, and others.
Information collected through log data and cookies may be used by the NNC to provide the NNIS user with working access to the website and/or mobile application. These information may also be used to improve the quality of the NNIS website and/or mobile application. The user inputs from intended users of the NNIS shall be used to comply with the mandates of the Masustansyang Pagkain para sa Batang Pilipino Act, particularly, to:
A. Intended users of the NNIS web-based portal and the mobile application are bound by the provisions of the Data Privacy Act as personal information processors of data subjects. In relation to the use if the NNIS, intended users shall therefore process personal information such that:
B. Processing of personal information shall only be permitted when the data subject has given their consent, and if it is necessary to achieve the objectives of the NNIS in accordance with the Masustansyang Pagkain para sa Batang Pilipino Act
C. The NNC reserves its right to any available legal action against liable persons who do not abide by the terms and conditions as herein provided, without prejudice to filing complaints for violations of the Data Privacy Act or any other applicable law.
The NNC may update the NNIS terms and conditions from time to time. You are advised to review the terms and conditions periodically for any changes. Users of the NNIS will be notified of the changes in the terms and conditions. Changes in the terms and conditions of the NNIS are effective immediately, after they are posted on the NNIS.
